| Notes: | When I was doing a lot of entrelac, 5 years ago or so, Sally Magill gave me a photocopy of a pattern from Beeton's knitting book for an entrelac purse in "knitting silk". This is the result I've finally done - in rayon craft thread, blue and multicolour-variegated which I bought in the Birmingham Rag market. Size 1.5 mm needles - I used a circular one rather than a set of 4 or 5. Mostly knitted on the bus or in the car (started when we went to Scotland in the summer, took a while to finishe because I had to get the purse clasp. |
